USA, 1950s
A beautiful and classic angle-arm sofa after Edward Wormley. Button tufted, with long, cylindrical legs. No maker's mark on this piece. It looks to have been
reupholstered at some point in its life in the current neutral diamond jacquard cream fabric. Excellent American made quality frame- quite heavy for its size. A very beautiful sofa with
excellent proportions. Foam is beginning to show its age (not too bad)- it presents very well, but you can feel the beginnings of a slight crunch in the back and seat. The seat at the angled
portion has a small area of separation to the seam as pictured, a few light spots, overall presents very well.
The sofa is an excellent size for modern living and the design has a unique and welcoming angular shape.
