Elegant slipper chair designed by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for Widdicomb. This elegant, sculptural seating has an exposed walnut frame, tapering legs, and a tufted back cushion. A classic
Robsjohn-Gibbings design.
NOTE: We have a second chair in this style but with the frame in a bleached mahogany finish. We also have the matching sofa in a bleached mahogany finish. The chairs are slightly
different dimensionally and in the form of the side parts of the wooden frames.
CONDITION NOTES: Chair has no seat cushion, so reupholstery or at least a seat cushion is required. The walnut frame has various nicks and marks. The joint between the seat and
back has a small amount of play in it- it does flex a bit. See photos.
DIMENSIONS: 25.5" W x 30" D x 30.5" H; Seat Height (without seat cushion- chair currently has no seat cushion) is 15". Back cushion thickness is 2.5"; depending on seat cushion
thickness, seat height will be 15" plus seat cushion thickness.
