Cube-style club chair on a chrome plinth base made by Stow & Davis. Newly reupholstered in a plush grey velvet mohair. Great lines. The style is similar to designs by Roger Sprunger, Milo Baughman, or Warren Platner. Stow & Davis was a very high-end executive furniture maker that was eventually purchased by Steelcase. Designers for Stow & Davis include Osvaldo Borsani, M. F. Harty, and others.
