Pair of pink leather club chairs with nailhead trim by Baker Furniture. Modest scale (though full sized) with charming proportions and a real comfort. These chairs are very heavy and of superior
build quality with hardwood frame and hand tied springs. The chairs are in original condition and will need reupholstery and leg refinishing. The springs are in good condition (none are poking
through).
This design is excellent from all angles, but is uniquely attractive when viewing the chairs from the back, as a pair.
The classic nailhead design accentuates the gracefully curving back. and attention was obviously paid to designing for comfort. The curved back makes a very interesting detail in combination with
the straighter lines that appear from the front of the chair; detail in the leg construction mirrors these. A unique and stylish pair to bring casual elegance to your decor.
