Handpainted antique secretary desk with a interior in red and gold lacquer. This appears to have originally had a hutch on the top of the secretary. The secretary portion pulls
down to use as a desk- there are three small drawers on the interior and part of the surface can push back into the desk to reveal a storage below the writing surface. A great size for a laptop-
pull surface down when in use and put back when not. Great scale for a bedroom or smaller space. Beautiful handpainted floral design in lovely greens.
CONDITION NOTES: Light marks to surfaces. One leg looks to have been repaired at some point (see photo). Sabot on front left leg; no matching sabot on
right leg; there is one on the right rear leg that could be moved if desired. Attractive presentation. No key is available.
