CONDITION NOTES: One seam rip about 1.25" on one pillow/cushion. Rope on chair and ottoman do not match- finer rope on ottoman compared to chair; chair appears to have been redone at some point in heavier rope. Frames are structurally sound- with nicks, dings, and age-appropriate wear.
