Pair of George Nelson thin edge twin headboards in walnut with caning. This pair of twin headboards appears to have been disassembled from their original frames and remounted to wooden supports
that were bolted into a standard bed frame. The headboards themselves are in excellent condition- the walnut is an even, medium dark tone, and the caning is in excellent condition with no breaks.
There is some slight, natural discoloration in areas of the caning, all pictured closely. A classic midcentury design.
CONDITION NOTES: Twin headboards are currently mounted on homemade frames. When bolted to a standard twin bed frame, the side supports did not touch the
ground.
DIMENSIONS: the walnut and caned portion alone are 39" W x 20" H; As pictured, each headboard measures 33.75" H.
