CONDITION NOTES: Sofa is in very usable condition 'as is'. It was recently professionally cleaned and treated with a fabric protectant before a short rental period. Overall in good condition. Foam is soft and comfortable; some small imperfections / scratching to the fabric and slight variation in color.
