1960s Finnigans of Bond St. London Navy / Black Leather Frame Handbag. Finnigans was a well-regarded handbag & travel case manufacturer and the quality is excellent. This is a smaller frame bag of classic deepest navy calf leather (appears almost black even next to black) with gold plated hardware. Made in England. Single leather handle for carrying. It’s lined in navy satin and fitted with two gold trimmed interior pockets, one with the original mirror for makeup application (plus a slot for a lipstick next to it) and the other holding a removable kisslock coin purse.
Both the interior and exterior are in very good condition. Some light scuffing to the golden hardware.
