Walnut credenza with bookshelf or hutch designed by George Nakashima for Widdicomb. There is a light built in beneath the caned portion of the cabinet. The hutch has two sets of doors with rectangular brass drop pulls; the doors are all caned. Widdicomb label is in one of the drawers; the finish is 'Titian'. Top shelf attaches to lower credenza via two screws, and can also be removed.   

CONDITION NOTES: General light marks to the surfaces. Some chips at outer bottom edges. Overall in good condition.  

DIMENSIONS: Hutch, 66.5" W at the top x 11.5" D measured at the top; 66" W at the base x 11" D at the base; 50" H

Cabinet, 66" W x 16" D x 28.75" H to the top of the curved lip at the front; cabinet height is 28 3/8" H. Cabinet depth is 15" (lip extends the front to 16"). 

Each side of the cabinet interior measures 31.5" W x 23" H x 13.25" D with the doors closed (interior space measurement).
