Vintage fiber art tapestry in golden brown fibers with flecks of burgundy and deep reddish-purple, hunter green, and light green fibers mixed in. It's hard to capture the depth of color in
photos. The main fields are in grey-brown, black, and chestnut. This piece has dimensional volume to it and is not just flat. It's all handwoven. This is a monumental piece, 7 1/2 feet in width
and over 4 1/2 feet in height! The weaving has two large hanging rods at the top and at the bottom that are each 2" in diameter- large rods.
We have not found any maker's marks or signature on this piece.
